A BIG shout out to ken Morris. He completed his first full marathon today! It has been less than two years since his artificial heart valve surgery!!

Since I started cycling I haven`t been walking that much. I decided to go for a “quick little walk” tonight and ended up walking 6.73 miles/10.82 km. It took me 1hr 47 minutes, at an average of 3.8 miles/6.11 km per hour. I just wanted to share that with as many as possible so you`ll understand that my silly walk tomorrow will be caused by justified soreness.

In part due to a lack of interest, but mostly because of lack of focus and planning on my part, THE Bionic Ride 2011 has been canceled. I apologize to the ones who were going to ride it this year.
